I created and performed live visuals for The Academic's sets at Electric Picnic and Independence Music Festival. The projections brought their indie-rock energy to life with reactive, colourful graphics: beat-synced pulses, dreamy overlays, bold typography for lyrics/hooks, and dynamic motion elements that synced perfectly to their anthemic choruses and guitar-driven builds.At Electric Picnic's massive stage, the visuals scaled up to fill screens/backdrops and engage the huge crowd; at Independence, they created an intimate yet immersive vibe. The work amplified the band's youthful, melodic sound—turning each performance into a visual spectacle that matched their festival-ready charisma.
